Please mark the envelope with the words "Fennia Prize" or use the heading "Fennia Prize/company name" in your e-mail message.

By entering the competition, the participating company awards, without compensation, the organizers the right to use material produced in relation to the prize-winning product (e.g. images of the product in printed or electronic form).
6. CERTIFICATION:
We hereby certify the submitted information to be correct and agree to pay the registration fee � 180 (+ VAT 22 %) per company/product (by no later than 31 October 2008) into the account of Design Forum Finland, Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj, Aleksanterinkatu 36, 00020 Nordea, Account number: 200118-267521, IBAN-account number FI6120011800267521, SWIFT: NDEAFIHH.
7. AGREEMENT:
Upon registering in the competition, the participating company agrees to pay a participation fee of � 3,750 ( + VAT 22 %) should it be selected as the recipient of a prize or honourable mention.
