DIGITALIST DESIGN FORUM

Design Forum Finland and Digitalist are jointly arranging Digitalist Design Forum in November at Tennispalatsi, Helsinki. The main topic of the event is the importance of a comprehensive brand experience and chances to have an influence on it with design.

Design has a prominent role in customer experience and brand image development, and successful companies have learned to create a desirable and distinguishable brand. However, the differences between digital and physical experience often obstruct this – the client expects a consistent encounter in every channel. The success of a product or service is also defined by its design.

The aim of Digitalist Design Forum is to increase the understanding of design thinking and provide practical examples of how companies can boost their competitiveness with design. At the same time, companies are encouraged to constantly develop the brand experience. The event is the meeting point for both design experts and companies making use of design. Register to the event here (N.B. most of the presentations will be in Finnish)
