Fennia Prize 2007, Designer Awards '07
The Fennia Prize 2007 exhibition at Berlin's Internationales Design Zentrum on 4 April – 4 May 2008 and the Designer Awards '07 exhibition by Association of Professional Graphic Designers in Finland GRAFIA and Finnish Association of Designers ORNAMO showing will present Finnish design during Helsinki Week in Berlin in April.
All 22 products and concepts that received prizes in the two series of the Fennia Prize competition are included in the showing. The Jokeri bus, which received an honourable mention, will transport visitors on the streets of Berlin. On the opening day, 4 April 2008, lectures will be held at the Internationales Design Zentrum on themes including well-being in the workplace, ageing and design. The networking of designers among professionals and companies using design will be promoted at several Finnish-German events.
The Helsinki Woche in Berlin involves the City of Helsinki, Greater Helsinki Promotion, the Embassy of Finland in Berlin, and the Finnish Institute in Berlin.
