DFF Awards

Design Forum Finland’s awards are intended for reinforcing the competitiveness of companies and showcasing the best Finnish design competence.

Design competence stems from knowing the user, and it is built on the basis of functionality, knowledge of the material and high-class professional competence.

The prizes can be awarded to businesses utilising design, experienced designers and promising young designers, as well as parties doing commendable work for design in society.

Design Forum Finland Awards is an award concept that brings together Design Forum Finland’s design prizes.

In 2021, the Young Designer of the Year prize and the Kaj Franck Design Prize are given out. The DFF Awards exhibition was open at Galleria A2, Annankatu 12, Helsinki, 3–24 June 2021.

The Fennia Prize 22 competition for companies and organizations is launched in the autumn. The registration period to the competition is 16 August – 15 October 2021.
